REVIEWS OF LEPICOL

I have suffered from IBS since the birth of my child nearly two years ago. I suffered from constipation, bloating, wind, pains, and every night was a sleepless one. But over the past couple of months it got worse until two weeks ago I came across Lepicol. Wow, it has changed my life. I have slept more which I needed, and toilet goings are cool also!

I have IBS with constipation. I had a bad bout of pain, caused by trying to change my diet too fast and trying to up my fiber intake, especially eating oats. To relieve the pain I went onto a gluten-free diet for a couple of weeks, which got rid of the pain.

Around the same time I found Lepicol, which is fiber husks and probiotics. This seems to have stabilised my system so that I can eat most things again. I only use a 5g dose once or twice each day, as a full 10g dose caused diarrhea. If I don't take a dose every day I do notice the bloating and pain returning.

I think gut bacteria balance is probably linked to IBS as we rely so heavily on bacteria to aid our digestion. As one microbiologist said 'It is the microbes that rule the world, we are merely warm, safe environments to carry them around.'
